Pipeline Construction
In industrial piping construction, we build complex piping systems according to customer specifications—from prefabrication in the workshop through welding to turnkey on-site installation.
All work is performed in accordance with standards and is supported by certified material certificates and comprehensive quality documentation.
We apply our expertise across a wide range of industries—particularly in energy and power plant technology, research facilities, the chemical and process engineering industries, and plant and machinery engineering.
Our certified welders work with a wide range of materials—from chromium-nickel steels and carbon steel to aluminum and copper. They are proficient in all relevant welding processes, including TIG (141), manual arc welding (111), and MIG/MAG (131/135), thereby ensuring optimal results for every requirement.
As a certified specialist company, we meet the requirements of AD 2000 (HP 0), DIN EN ISO 3834-2, and DIN EN 1090. We verify the safety and leak-tightness of our welded joints using non-destructive testing methods such as visual inspection, radiographic testing, and penetrant testing. Structured work planning, qualified specialists, and end-to-end traceability of all materials ensure that every system is thoroughly documented and executed to the highest quality standards.
